【Abstract】This paper establishes a multibody dynamics mathematical model that integrates the kinematic characteristics of the piston-connecting rod-crankshaft mechanism forthe engine pistonsystem.Basedonthe theory of rigid-flexiblecouplingand Newton-Eulerequations,asetofcontrolequations isderived,andthereliabilityof themodel is verifid.Thestudy further reveals the multi-sourceexcitationcoupling mechanism of piston vibration,clarifies the modal characteristics of piston free vibrationand theresponse lawsofforced vibration,and proposes athree-dimensional vibrationcontrol strategy involving source suppression,transmission path weakening,and boundary optimization.Itis hoped that this will provide theoretical reference for improving engine noise control.
