【Abstract】This article focuses on the optimization automotive hydraulic braking systems and proposes multidimensional strategiesbasedontheoreticalanalysis.Byoptimizing theflow channel structure through CFDflow field, the flow resistance brake fluid can be reduced by 17% , and the system response speed can be improved. By adopting pulsationsuppressors,wear-resistant coatings and inteligent diagnostic technology,noise is effectively reduced and fault early warning isachieved.Byapplyinghigh-temperatureresistant materialsandpredictive thermal management strategies,the working temperature the brake fluid is stabilized within the ideal range 80 to 150% to prevent a declinein performance at high temperatures.By introducing ahydraulic hybrid power system combined with intelligent control algorithms, the energy recovery efficiency can reach 25% to 35% ,which is superior to traditional electric regenerative braking.This strategy provides theoretical support and technical paths for enhancing the safety,comfort and energy efficiency the braking system.
