【Abstract】This paper investigates the testing of the "National Charge 2O24"authentication module for electric vehicles，analyzing its critical rolein DCcharging andits differences from European standards.Theresults show that the national standardauthentication isoptional，with significantvariations from the European standard intermsof initiator，timeout mechanism，and startup proces，though itoffersa moreunified startupapproach.Bydesigning multiscenario test cases and employing a virtual test system with CANoe forreal-timedata collection，issues such as abnormal message interactionandtimeoutfailures wereidentified，afectingchargingsafety.Currently，thismoduleisstillinthe earlydevelopment stage and lacks sufficient attention fromautomakers，yetitssecurityand convenienceare crucial for enhancing market competitiveness.
