【Abstract】With the iterative upgrading of intelligent interaction technology，the traditional way of opening car tailgates has becomedificult to meetusers'dualdemands for convenienceandasenseof technology.Toachieve a contactlessintellgentoperation experience，this study innovativelyintegratesaugmentedreality （AR）lightandshadow technologydeeplyinto theautomotive tailgatecontrolsystem，anddevelopsanautomaticelectrictailgate solutionbasedon AR light and shadow recognition.This system is equipped with a high-precision motioncapture and projection interaction module，which can accurately identifytheuser's stepping action instructions.Whenthe user's feet enter the preset projectionarea，thesystemwillimmediatelytriggertheautomaticopening functionofthetailgate，completelyfreeing the userfrom theconstraints of manual operation and providing a highly futuristic intelligent interaction experience.
