【Abstract】The traditional DC testing system,due to its high inductance and large time constant,cannot meet the low-inductance DC testingrequirements of electricalappliances used innew energy vehicles.Thecircuit characteristics of new energy vehiclesare significantlydifferent from those oftraditional power transmisionanddistribution systems, making low-inductance DC testing technology akey focus of industrial research.This technology can break through traditional botlenecks,conductprecisetestsunderhighvoltageandlarge current,andalsodetect problemsinadvance through full-scenario simulation toensureproduct quality.Thisarticlewillanalyze thecharacteristicsof electrical appliances used innew energyvehicles,explore thetechnical principlesof this technology,analyze thesoftwareand hardwareofthetesting system,verifythefeasibilitythrough case studies,andlook forward tothedirectionof technological and industrial collaboration to provide support for the industry.
