【Abstract】With the popularization of intellgent driving，the identification of special vehicles has become a key issue.This articleconducts research onthe recognition challenges of special vehicles in the eraof intellgent driving. Firstly，itintroduces thevehicle-levelsystem frameworkbasedonsoundrecogntion.Then，itelaboratesindetailthe methodsofsound preprocessingandeature extractionusingthe TorchAudio library.Finally，itcombines theResNet-18 residualnetworkforsoundclassification.Andtheeffctivenessofthismethodinthesoundrecognitionofspecialvehicles is verifiedthrough experiments，providing anew approach for therecognitionof special vehicles in intelligentdriving.
