【Abstract】The traditional automotive painting processis characterized by high energy consumption， high VOC emisions and pollution，whichrestricts thesustainabledevelopment ofthe industry.This articlesystematicallyreviews the applicationpath and technological evolution of green maintenance technology inthecoating field from threeaspects： materialinovation，processupgrading，andsystemcollaboration.Greenmaintenance technology，throughthecollration of multiple technologies，reduces energy consumption in the coating process and promotes the transformation of the industrytowardslow-carbonizationand intellgence.Inthefuture，itisnecessarytobreak through thecostbottleneckof environmental protection materials and deepen the integration of AI and carbon footprint tracking technology.
