Study on the Implementation Strategies of Personalized Physical Education Teaching in Middle High Schools Under the Background of Senior High School Entrance Examination Physical Education Reform

High School Afliated to Beijing Normal University， Guiyang， Guizhou Province， 55oo81 China [Abstract] In order to promote the optimization of middle school physical education teaching underthe background of seniorhigh school entranceexamination physical educationreformandasist intheefective implementationof personalized teaching，this study analyzes the relevant teaching practices through sorting out.The results indicate that personalized teaching aligns with the core competency orientation and student-centered philosophy，and can balance the requirements ofthe senior high school entrance examination with the individual development needs of students. However，thereare stillmanypractical challenges inthe implementationprocess，including insuicientaccuracy in understanding students'physicalandmentalcharacteristics，making itdificulttosolidifytheteaching foundation;The singleand rigid teaching methodafects the effectivenessofpersonalizedteaching;The sports evaluation systemis rigid and one-sided，and cannot provide efective feedback support for teaching.Based on this，teachers should start by accurately understanding students' physical and mental characteristics，building a solid teaching foundation，flexibly using diverse teaching methods to improve teaching efectiveness，and constructinga diverse sports evaluation system to strengthen personalized teaching feedback，in order to promote the personalized growth of each student inthe field of sports and better serve the long-term physical and mental health development ofstudents in sports teaching.
