[Abstract] This paper takes thekeydilemmas intheconstructionofcuriculumideologicalandpolitical education in vocational coleges physical education as the main thread，relying onthe "physics theory human theory"in the WSR methodology，to construct a theoretical model of curriculum ideological and political construction in vocationalcollges physical education，andanalyzeitsmechanismofaction.Research hasfound thatthere isachain effect of "Wuli layer （physical education teaching resourcesand carriers）-Shili layer （physical education curriculum implementation and mechanism implementation）- Renli layer （physical education teacher execution and participation）".Inthecontextoftheeraof "great ideologicaland politicalcourses"，thecurriculum ideologicaland political constructionof physical education stillfaces key dilemmas such as incompleteorganizational guarantee system and resource development，insuffcient integrationof teaching designandeducational resources，andteachers'abilty to construct curriculum ideological and political education that do not meet standards.Based on this，the promotion strategies are derived as follows： optimizing resource cariers to achieve mutual promotion between learning and practicing virtue; It improves the implementation mechanism and promotes the mutual construction of soul casting and body cultivation; It integrates value goals and promotes the interconnection between precision technology and virtue.
