Experimental Study on the Influence of Multi-Ball Training Density on the Special Endurance of Badminton Students

Guangzhou Sport University,Guangzhou, Guangdong Province,51o5oo China [Abstract] This study employed an experimental research method to explore the impact of different multi-bal training densitieson thespecific enduranceof coege badminton students.Bydesigningahigh-density multi-balltraining programcharacterized by "high frequency,short intervals,and strong coherence,andsystematicallcomparing it with a conventional density program,the study highlighted the innovation of precise regulation of training intensityand interval time.Sixtycollge students were selectedas experimentalsubjectsandrandomly divided intoanexperimental group ad a control group.The experimental group adopted the high-density multi-bal training program,while the control group followedthe conventional multi-balltraining program.The training period lasted for12 weeks.The specific endurance levels of the students were evaluated through indicators suchas the YO-YO intermitent endurance test, 6×5- meter round trips, and 30- second consecutive kils.
