Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Reserve Talents for Youth Aerobics in China Under the Background of the New National System

[Abstract] This article takes thenew national system as the backgroundto examine the practical diffculties and coping strategies faced byChina's youthaerobics reserve talentcultivation.Research suggests thatfactors such as lack ofsmooth policycordination，uneven dstribution of resources，relatively single training models，and misplaced evaluation incentives have hadan impact on the cultivationof reserve talents in youth aerobics.To address these isues，the following training strategies are proposed： building acollaborative governance system of government，school，society andfamilyto ensure the smooth implementation of policies; It promotes the precise sinking ofresources and consolidates the foundation of grasroots training; It innovates the diversified training mode of "interest enlightenment + professional diversion" toachieve deep integration of the learning and training proces; Itrefactors the developmental evaluation system and activates long-term endogenous driving forces
