Practical Strategies for Specific Endurance Cyclic Training in Youth Football

Zheng'an County No.1 Complete Primary School, Zunyi, Guizhou Province,56340o China [Abstract] The endurance of youth footballis crucial for improving athletes'competitive ability.Traditional training methods have certain limitations in stimulating athletes'motivation,adapting to actual situations,andachieving personalizedadaptation.Thisarticle focuses onthescientificapplication ofcyclic training methods inthis field toaddress thechallenges faced inpractice.Thearticleelaborates onthecoreconnotationofthecyclictraining method,and based onthephysicalandmentalcharacteristicsofyouths,systematicallyanalyzestheprinciplesof pertinence,gradualprogre, and divrsity that should be followed in the training process. It also proposes practical strategies: creating gamified competition scenarios to stimulate athletes' intrinsic motivation, implementing dynamic hierarchical grouping training to optimize load matching,achieving reasonable regulation through observation of representational indicators,and designing multi-dimensional combination rotation stations to promote the integrationand developmentof diverse specialized abilities.
