Value, Dilemma,and Path of Cultivating Students' Self-Regulation Ability in College Physical Education Teaching

HE Dan CHEN Ye* Taiyuan Normal University,Jinzhong,Shanxi Province, O3O619 China [Abstract] College physical education teaching is animportant carier forcultivating students'self-regulation ability, and has significant importance in promoting students' physical and mental health and comprehensive development. Based on the current background of physical education reform incolleges,this paper explores the value,dilemmas, and paths of cultivating students'self-regulationability in physical education teaching in collges.Research suggests thatdeveloping self-regulation skilscanhelpstudents enhancetheir psychological resilience,optimizesocialadaptation, promote academic development,and achieve lifelong physical goals.However,currnt physical education teachng in collges sillfaces problems such as outdatedconcepts,disjointedcontent,single evaluation,and insuficientsuport, which constrainthe developmentofstudents'self-regulationabilities.Inthisregard,itshouldupdate theconceptof physical education teaching and strengthen the student-centered position; It refactors the teaching content system and integrates self-regulation training; It improves the teaching evaluation mechanism and pays atention to the progress process ofstudents; Itbuilds a collaborative educational environmentand forms a multidimensional support network.
