[Abstract] With the rapid development and application of digital technology，digital empowerment has become an indispensable condition forrealizing the healthy China strategyand an inevitable choice toadapt to the development of the times.This study uses literature reviewand logical analysis methods，based on the perspectiveofsocial ecology， to systematically explore the value implicationsand practical challenges of digital empowerment of high-quality developmentof community physicaland health integration from multiple levels，and further propose implementation paths.The practical value of digital empowerment through the integration ofcommunity health and physical education lies in cultivating exercisebehaviorand improving health levels; It expands interpersonal relationships and creates a healthy sportsatmosphere; It empowers resource integration tofllthetalent demandgap; Itbuildsavirtualandreal community environment to enhance precise and inclusive service supply; It reshapes policy-making and creates a

supportive institutional ecosystem.Butcuently，ittillfaces theconstraints of traditional conceptsandthe lackof individual digital literacyandawareness; It lacks profesional talent teamand pooraccuracyof physical and health services; It lacks communication and colaboration，incompletedata sharing mechanism; The top-level design is not sound，andtherearepractical dificultiessuchaslagging digital policyand institutional ecology.Basedon this，a practical pathisproposed： Itstrengthens thepromotionofdeasandcultivates individualdigitalliteracy;Itstrengthens departmental cooperationand improves data sharingmechanisms; Itstrengthens top-leveldesignandestablishesadigital policyecosystem; Itincreases researchand development eforts to break through the digital technologychallenges.
