Pathways for Enhancing the Competencies of Pickball Coaches in the New Era

[Abstract] Pickballhas rapidly become popularand hasa good development trend in China，with both participation scale continuously expanding and the competitive levelcontinuously improving. In this context，thecomprehensive competencies of pickballcoaches is facing higher requirements.This article takes this as a starting point to construct a core competency model for new era pickballcoaches， covering aspects such as profesional competence，teaching communicationskils，sports science knowledge，and profesionaland humanisticcompetencies.Subsequently，apathway was proposed to enhance the comprehensive competence of coaches，including establishing a standardized and tiered trainingandcertificationsystem，promoting sustainedand community-based learningandcommunicationmechanisms， strengthening practicalanddata-driventrainingandevaluationmethods，andcreatingaprofessionalandprofesional policyand market environment.Intended to provide reference for improving the comprehensivecompetencyof coaches in the field of pickball，and toasst in the professional and competitive development of pickballin China.
