2.School ofPhysicalEducation,JiujiangUniversity,Jiujiang,Jiangxi Province,332oo5China [Abstract] This article mainly conducts research by using research methods such as literature review and expert interview.Against the backdropof the deepening of the national fitnesstrategy and the digital transformationof education,asasportthatcombinesfies,artistryandpopularitytheadiionalteachingmodelofsoftballfacsore chalenges such as the separation of teaching and learning time and space,the lack ofstudents'autonomy,and the dificulty in meeting individualized needs.Therefore,this research analyzes the appropriatenessof integrating flipped clasroom andsoft ballteaching for college students,clarifies theconvergence pointsof the two in dimensions such as thecultivationofstudentsautonomy,cultivation,personalized learingandsitational practice.Bysorting out the implementationlogicoftheflippedclassroominteteachingofsoftball,itbreaksthroughthebottleneckof tradiional teaching and innovates the teachng ideasofsoftball Attesametime,itguidesstudents tomastertheleaming method of independent previewing,interactive exploration,expansionand consolidation,cultivates theawareness oflifelong fitnes,aiming to promote the innovative development ofsoft ball teaching with openness,interactivityand diversity, and contribute to the popularization of soft ball sports and the deepening of the national fitnes strategy.
