Research on the Motivation， Challenges and Solutions of DigitalIntelligent Integration of Ice and Snow Industry in Beijing-TianjinHebei Region

[Abstract] With the sucesful hosting of the2O22 Beijing Winter Olympics，the ice and snow economy in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region has been heating up continuously，driving the transformation of the "white economy" from seasonal consumption toindustrial cluster development.Against this background，theaccelerated integrationofdigital technology and the ice and snow industry has become the core driving force for promoting the transformation and upgrading of theregional ice and snow industryand achieving high-qualitydevelopment.Focusing on the integration practice of "Ice and snow + digital"， this paper explores the internal driving forces， main integration mechanisms and practical challenges of the digital-intelligent integration of theiceandsnow industryinBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei through literatureresearch，policyanalysis and case study.Theresearch finds that digital-intellgent integration promotes the reshaping of the ice and snow industry chain mainly through enhancing experience，optimizing management and improvingsupplydemandmating.However，itstillfacesbottenecks ininfrastructure，datacollboration，talentsupy and institutional environment.To break through the integration obstacles，this paper puts forward strategies such as buildinga cross-regional sharing platform，strengthening the supportofcompound talents，and improving the digitalintelligent governance system，aiming toprovide Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei experienceforthe high-quality development of ice and snow tourism in China.
