Research on the Implementation Path of Class Based Teaching in Secondary School Physical Education Under the Background of Integration of Sports and Sports

Department of Physical Education, Zhengzhou Health Colege, Zhengzhou,Henan Province, 45Oooo China [Abstract] In order to deepen the integration of sports and education,this research promotes the application of shift based teaching in secondary school physical education teaching,and asists in the reform ofsecondary school physical educationteaching,this article interprets theconnotationof sportsand education integration,comparing thedifferences between sports shift based teaching and traditional physical education teaching models,andanalyzing the importance of mplementing shift based teaching in secondary school sports.Research suggests that the sports classbased teaching systemis basedon interest,empowers students with the power tochoosecourses,highlights the student'ssubject status, and plays an important role in adapting to students' personality development, improving student personality shaping, and shaping secondary shool sports culture. The implementation path of the secondary school sports classbased teaching system is proposed,which includes transforming sports cognition,innovating teaching methods,standardizing clas management, optimizing resource allocation,and strengthening teacher construction.
