Research on the Pathways of Red Sports in Empowering the Core Literacy of Physical Education

College of Physical Education,Yangzhou University,Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province,225o91 China [Abstract] Guided bythe fundamental task ofLide Shuren,physical educationhas shifted towardsanall-round development oriented bycore literacy.Asa product that integrates revolutionary spirit with sports practice,red sports providesaunique pathwayfor cultivatingthe core literacyof physical education.Based onthe theoriesof embodied cognition and constructivism,this paper thoroughly analyzes the inherent connections between red sports and the three corecompetencies: sportsethics,athleticability,and healthybehaviors.Onthisbasis,itconstructs theempowerment pathway of red sports from three aspects: building a curriculum system that integrates theory with practice, promoting interdisciplinary integration,andoptimizing the evaluation system,soas to provide reference for the innovation development of physical education in the new era.
