Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Urban Public Sports Service from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance

Guangdong Businessand Technology University， Zhaoqing， Guangdong Province， 526O2O China [Abstract] By using the method of literature analysis，this paper studies the high-quality development pathof urban public sports service in China from the perspectiveof collaborative theory，aiming at providing actionable nsights for promoting the structural optimization of urban sports public service system，the modernization of governance capacityand the promotion of national health.The research holds that the basic framework of the collaborative governance mechanism for the high-quality development of urban public sports services includes： multi-agent collborative mechanism，resource collaborative mechanism，technology collaborative mechanism and public participationcollaborativemechanism.Theexisting diffcultiesare mainlyreflected inthefollowing aspects：insufficent collborativeofsubjects，limited collaborativeof resource supply，weak collaborativeof technologyand insuficent collborative of public participation.The following development paths are put forward： building a platform-based government governance structure， depening the reform of resource supply-side structure，developing digital governance capabilities，and activating public participation mechanisms.
