Exploring the Path of Integrating Folk Sports and Cultural Tourism Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

School of Physical Educationand Health， Changsha Medical University，Changsha，Hunan Province，41O219 China [Abstract] In thecontextofcomprehensiverural revitalization promotion strategy，theintegrationof folk sports with rural cultural tourismhas emergedasavital engine forrevitalizing ruraleconomies，preserving cultural heritage，and fostering social harmony.Through literaturereviewandlogicalanalysis，thisanalyzes the value andoptimization path oftheintegrationoffolk traditionalsportsandrural tourism，explores thedifficulties itfaces suchasinsufficient integration，laggng innovation mechanisms，and imbalanced cultural resource development. The study suggests paths to deepen the fusion of traditional folk sports with rural tourism，stimulate product innovation and technological empowerment，and explore the connotation of local culture.These initiatives aim to promote thehigh-quality development offolk traditional sports culture and rural tourism，achieve a virtuous cycleofshaping tourism with culture and promoting culture with tourism， thereby injecting lasting momentum into rural revitalization.
