Changzhou Beijiao Senior High School， Changzhou，Jiangsu Province，213OO1 China [Abstract]Toaddressthe current realityof the disconnect between high school campus football training and actual combat，andthe unsatisfactoryresults，this article comprehensively explores theoptimization of training methods based onthe advanced concept ofcompetitionpromotes practice.Firstly，adetailed explanation of thecore connotation and unique value of "competition promotes practice"will be provided.Then，a preciseanalysis will be conducted on the common problems incurrent high school campus footballtraining，such as single training content，neglect of individual differences inmethods，lack ofload monitoring，and insuficient recoveryand guarantee.Basedon this，acomplete optimizationstrategysystem is constructedand proposed： it simulates real competitionconfrontations，enriches training contentand forms;Basedonarena data positioning，itimproves individual training accuracy; Itbenchmarks the true intensityof thecompetitionandachieves scientificallocationof training load; Itarranges around thecompetitioncycle， improves system recovery and support，and ultimately forms a scientific closed-loop training system.
