Significance，Dilemmaand Path of Digital Transformationin University Physical Education Teaching

BAI Liang Minjiang Teachers College，Fuzhou， Fujian Province，35oooo China [Abstract] To promote the improvementof universityphysical education teachingquality inthe digital context，this paper explores the significance of university physical education teaching transformation in terms of teaching model innovation，teachingresource integration，personalized learning realization，andenhancementof studentsautonomous learning.Meanwhile，itanalyzes the predicaments faced inthecurrent digital transformationof universityphysical education，suchasbackward ideological concepts，insuficient technicalapplication，lagging teacher teamconstruction， andimperfect evaluationsystem.On this basis，it puts forward theapproaches to promote the digital transformation of university physical education teaching，including updating educational concepts，strengthening the in-depth integration of technology and teaching，improving teachers'digital literacy，and constructing ascientific evaluation system，aiming toprovide theoretical referenceand practical guidanceforthedigital transformation of universityphysical education.
