Driving Logic and Implementation Path of School Physical Education Digital Transformation from the Perspective of Innovation Ecosystem

[Abstract] Toaddress thechallnges faced bytraditional physical education inthecontextoftheintegrationofdigital technologyand education，suchas thesurge inpersonalizeddemandandthelackofdatagovernance，and tohelpachieve the paradigm shift of physical education from experience driven to data-driven，this study is based onthe theoryof innovation ecosystemandadopts the methodofliterature review to explore the driving factors，logical framework，and implementationpathsofthedigitaltransformationofschool physical education.Thestudyfindsthatthetransformation is drivenbyacombinationoffvefactors： policysystems，technologyclusters，subject demands，colaborative innovation， and cultural environments; Itconstructsa five-dimensionallogical analysis framework of value，technology，subject， mechanism，environment，clarifyingthecore directions ofeachdimension; Moreover，it proposesanimplementation chain of "goal taction-technology empowerment-subject evolution-ecologicalcolaboration-dynamic adjustment"， covering five specific paths including top-level designand technological support.The conclusion points out that the digital transformationof school physical education is theresult of multiple factors working together.The fivedimensionalanalysis framework providesasystematic methodology forit.Inpractice，itcanresolve thecontradictions in the integrationofsports and education，reshape the modelofcultivating physicaliteracy，and promote the fairness of physical education.Itisof greatsignificance for implementing relevantpoliciesandpromotingtheconstructionof a sports power.
