工程类硕士专业学位研究生校企协同培养模式研究

摘 要 工程类硕士专业学位是与工程领域任职资格相联系的专业学位,强调工程性、实践性和应用性,校企协同是其人才培养的有效途径。文章分析了目前工程类硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题,提出优化校企协同创新培养模式的措施,进一步提升研究生培养质量,为地方企业输送更优质的高层次创新人才。

Research on the Collaborative Training Model between School and Enterprise

for Master's Degree Students in Engineering

——Take Jiangsu University of Technology as an example

Abstract A master's degree in engineering is a professional degree related to qualifications in the field of engineering, emphasizing engineering, practicality, and applicability. Collaboration between schools and enterprises is an effective way to cultivate talents. The article analyzes the problems in the current process of cultivating master's degree students in engineering, and proposes measures to optimize the collaborative innovation training mode between schools and enterprises, further improving the quality of graduate training and delivering higher quality innovative talents to local enterprises.
