基于学生视角的高校学生评教问题与对策
摘 要 教学质量是高校发展的根基,学生评教作为教学质量评价体系中的重要一环,对保障和提高教学质量具有重要意义。文章以G校为例,通过学生访谈和调查问卷,基于学生体验视角调查当前的学生评教问题,对学生在评教过程中的行为和心理进行分析,并在评价指标设置和评教组织管理等方面提出了相应的优化策略。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Evaluation by
College Students from Student Perspective

Abstract Teaching quality is the foundation of the development of universities, and student evaluation of teaching, as an important part of the teaching quality evaluation system, is of great significance in ensuring and improving teaching quality. This article takes G School as an example, conducts student interviews and surveys, and investigates the current student evaluation issues from the perspective of student experience. It analyzes the behavior and psychology of students in the evaluation process, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies in the setting of evaluation indicators and evaluation organization management.
