Abstract：Asanimportant partof China’shighereducationsystem，localcollegesanduniversitiesplayasignificantrolein thenewjoumeyofbuildingamodersocialistcountry，shoulderingthevitalmisionofprovidingobusteducational，sientific， andtalentsupportforregionaleconomicandsocialdevelopment．Tothoroughlyimplementtheeducational philosophyof "revitaliingoldrevolutionarybaseareasandservinglocaldevelopment"，Jinggangshan Universitycloselyalignswiththedemand forhigh-qualitychemicaltalentsintheeraofthenewrevolutionbasearea.IntheteachingofOrganicChemistryJinggangshan Universitycontinuouslydeepenseducationalreforms，activelyguidingstudentstointegrateintothebroadercontextoflocal economicandsocialprogress.UndertheguidanceofOBE，theuniversityfullyleveragesthecolaborativeeducationadvantages betweenscholsandenterprisesWesetjointcoursegoals，worktogetheroncurrculumideologicaldesign，curiculumcontent andesourcedevelopment，andcontinuouslyinnovatetheorganizationofideology-infusedteaching.Thisapproachguidesstudents toinheritandpromotethespiritofJingangshandrivingtherevitalizationanddevelopmentoftheoldrevolutionaryregions， which has achieved commendable results.
