Abstract:Theevaluationindexsystemplaysacrucialroleinpromotingthedevelopmentofideologicalandpolitical educatioinuniversities.Thisstudyaddresestheshortcomingsoftheresearchontheideologicalandpolicalevaluatioindex system.BasedontheCIPPevaluationmodel,acombinationofquaitativeandquantiativeresearchwasusedtoconstructa preliminaryevaluationindexsystemforcourseideologicalandpoliticaleducationthroughNVivosoftwarecoding.TheDelphi methodwasusedtocorectandimprovetheinitialindicators,andtheAnalytcHierarchyProcessandMATLABsoftwarewere usedtocalculatetheweightcoeficientsofeachevaluationindexFinall,theevaluationindexsystemwasvalidated.The evaluationindexsystemissystematicandpractical,andcanadapttothedevelopmentofideologicalandpoliticaleducationin college courses and the evaluation work.
