Abstract：Accordingtothedemandsforappliedtalentsofnewenginering，acomprehensivepracticalcourseof"intellient controltechnologyofbuildingenvironment"issetup，involvingtheorywithpractic，strongcomprehensivenessandintegratinof knowledgeandabilitybasedonthetrainingobjectivesofBuildingEnvironmentandEnergyApplicationEngineringofBeijing UnionUniversity.Wedeveloptheexperimentalteaching platformandimprovethecourseimplementationandasessmentmethods throughinnovatingthecourseteachingsystemandschool-enterprisecooperation，strengtheningthetrainingofstudents' engineeringapplicationabilityandcomprehensivequalityandlayingasolidfoundationforstudentstoengageitheprofssioal work in the future.
