Abstract:Atpresent,theArtificialInteligence(AI)talentsareinurgentneedwithlargeamountandhighquality.The characteristicsofrapidknowledgeupdateandhighpersomeleliminationrateinthisfieldhavetriggeredthedemandfor upradingthetheoreticalresearchsystemandtalenttrainingmechanisminuniversities.Asthemainexporterofscientific theories,universitiesareinlackoftheforesightandtheoreticalindependencecomparedtotraditionalmathematicalandphysical sciencesinthefieldofAI.Theartifcialintelligencemajoremergedrelativelylate.Thecourseframeworkisoftenorganizedby thecombinationofcomputerscienceandstatistics,etc.andthereisstillroomforimprovementintermsofsystematicness.This paperproposesaconceptofcultivatingartfcialinteligencetalentswithself-growthabilitybasedontheSino-GemanjointAI Roentgen ClassBaseof Shenzhen TechnologyUniversity,weproposetheconceptof "mutual-enhancementbetweenindustryand academy"toenhancethedominantabilityintalentstrainingandthedevelopmentintechnologies.Weestablishaclosedloopof "disciplineonstruction-enterpriseintershipevaluation-campusupgrading-jobsearchcoperation-disciplineconstruction" fortheundergraduates,ithascompletedthe"secondarycycle"growthprocessofundergraduatestudentsinuniversitiesandthe industrialsector.Ontheonehand,cultivatingundergraduatestudentswithgrowthvitalityhas,fromthesource,weimprovethe employmentrateandlong-termcompetitivenessoftheundergraduates.Ontheonehand,amorereasonabledisciplinary frameworkofeducationisbuilt,whichisabletomeettheneedsofsocietybutalsoensuretheforward-lookingandindependent natureofuniversitiesasresearchandteachingvenues,formcomplementarycoperationwiththeindustrialsector,andconsolidate the theoretical advantages ofuniversities.
