Abstract：Contemporaryhighereducationneedstokeeppacewith therapiddevelopmentsof socialeconomyandscience andtechology.Theimpactofinterdisciplinarityisparticularlyimportantforthesedevelopments，sothereformofcoresponding coursesofinterdisciplinarysubjectsisimperative.Takingrecentcourseteachingpracticesasexamples，wediscusedtherefor andinovationofinterdisciplinarytheoreticalcoursesofTheoreticalEcologyandTeoreticalPhysicsfromaninterdisciplinary perspective.
