Abstract:Thecultivationofintellgentmanufacturing talentsisof greatsignificanceinsupporting"MadeinChina 2025" andpromotingtheriseofChina’smanufacturingindustry.However,thecurentcultivationofinteligentmanufacturingtalents mainlyfocusesonimpartingknowledgeandskills,andthecultivationofnon-technicalabilitiessuchasengineeingthinking, teamwork,andengineeringmanagementisstllveryweak.Inresponsetothedemandforcultivatingintellgentmanufacturing talentsinnewengineeingdisciplines,a"2+2+X"inteligentmanufacturingprofessionaltalenttrainingplanhasbeendesigned,a "three-stage,wholeindustrychainoriented"practicalteachingsystemhasbeenconstructed,a"necore,fourlevels,andthree supports”practicalinnovationplatformhasbeenconstructed,andthe"threeintegration"CDIOengineeringeducationconcept, whichisorientedtowardsthebigengineeringperspective,hasbencondensed.Theaimistoprovidereferenceforthe cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in the context of new engineering disciplines.
