Abstract：Thecultivationofintellgentmanufacturing talentsisof greatsignificanceinsupporting"MadeinChina 2025" andpromotingtheriseofChina’smanufacturingindustry.However，thecurentcultivationofinteligentmanufacturingtalents mainlyfocusesonimpartingknowledgeandskills，andthecultivationofnon-technicalabilitiessuchasengineeingthinking， teamwork，andengineeringmanagementisstllveryweak.Inresponsetothedemandforcultivatingintellgentmanufacturing talentsinnewengineeingdisciplines，a"2+2+X"inteligentmanufacturingprofessionaltalenttrainingplanhasbeendesigned，a "three-stage，wholeindustrychainoriented"practicalteachingsystemhasbeenconstructed，a"necore，fourlevels，andthree supports”practicalinnovationplatformhasbeenconstructed，andthe"threeintegration"CDIOengineeringeducationconcept， whichisorientedtowardsthebigengineeringperspective，hasbencondensed.Theaimistoprovidereferenceforthe cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in the context of new engineering disciplines.
