Abstract：Seminarisanindispensableteachingandresearchformingraduateeducationandtraininginmoderncolegesand universities，andplaysanimportantroleinimprovingthequalityofpostgraduateeducation.Thispapersummarizedthe organizationalformsofSeminarintypicalinternationaluniversitiesandthedisciplineresearchteamofGansuAgricultural UniversityexpoundedtheimpactoforganizingSeminarontheabilityofgraduatestudents，andclarifiedthesignificanceof Seminarforscientificresearchers.ItalsomadesuggstionsfortheorganizationofSeminarinmodernuniversities.Themain purposewastostimulatetheinterestofpostgraduatesinscientificresearch，improvetheiovationofpostgraduatesinscientific research，enhancetheinitiativeandenthusiasmofpostgraduatesengagedinscientificresearch，andconstantlyimprovethe trainingqualityofpostgraduates，tonurtureoutstandingtalentswiththevirtueandcapacitytofulfllthenationsandtheParty's pressing requirements for growth in all spheres.
