Abstract：Thedevelopmentofnewqualityproductivityrequireshigh-qualityandinnovativetalents.Facedwiththeurgent needtoevelonewqualtyproductivity，withthegoalofimprovingteachingqualityandcultivatinghigh-qualityandinnovative talents，combinedwiththeteachingpracticeofengineringcoursesweexplorecuiculumteachingreformfromfouraspects：talent cultivatio，tudentdevelopentpracticaloationdoraldcationThioftesudyistomprovetheacinglevelf teachersinthecurrculum，reformthecontentandmethodsofcurrculumteaching，optimizethecurriculumteachingevaluation systemanddeepentheonstructionofideologicalandpolicaleducationEfortswillbemadetocultivatetop-notchiovative talentswith primitiveinnovationabilityempoweringandasistingincultivatingandstrengtheningnewqualityproductivity.
