Abstract：Astheinlandwaterwayshippingindustrytransitionsfromtraditionalmodestointellgentandgreenmodes，there isanurgentneedtocultivatehigh-qualitymodemnshipbuildingtalentswithpracticalengineringaplicationsandinovative practicecapabilities.Thispaperaimstoexplorethechallngesfacedbylocaludergraduateinstitutionsintalentcultivationin thefieldof inland waterwayshippingandmarineengineeringandproposesacomprehensiveundergraduateteachingreformplan. Byadoptingtheconceptofdiversfiedcolaborativeeducationthisplanaimstoadessthecommonproblemofthoreticaland practicaldiscotinlocaludergaduateistitutios，learlydjusttalentcultivatiogalstoreflctidustyharacteitid meet the needs of the inland waterway shipping industry in the new era.
