Abstract：BasedontherequirementsoftheGuidelinesforIdeologicalandPoliticalConstructioninHigherEducation Courses，thisstudyconstructsa"3324"currculumideologyandpoliticssystemforcivilengineringfromthedisciplinaryand professionalperspectives，aligningwiththeNationalStandardsforTeachingQualityinCivilEngineeringandEnginering EducationCerificationStandards.Thesystemfeaturesreedimensioalintegrationofnowedge，abilityndvaues;coated colaborationamongideological-policalcourses，generaleducationcourse，andspecializedcourses;reiforcementfoampus andoff-ampuseducationalplatforms；andtheestablishmentofasynergiticmechanisminvolvingfoureducationalentities （ideological-politcaltachs，profesioalfacultytealajuntisructorsndacademicounselos）isultdsioal frameworkaimstounifyallcoursestowardsharedobjectives，creatingasynergisticefecttofulfllthefundamentalmisionof fostering virtue through education.

2016年，习近平总书记就新时代思想政治教育体系建设提出重要指示，强调需以课堂教学为核心载体实现价值观引导，同年以高德毅为代表的上海高教系统“课程思政"理念的提出就是对上述要求的积极回应和探索[2-3]，其中，上海大学叶志明团队立足多维协同视角，以土木工程学科为切入点，创立了“课程一思政-育人"三位一体分析框架，并首创系列课程思政示范案例[4-5]。（剩余5536字）
