Abstract:BasedontherequirementsoftheGuidelinesforIdeologicalandPoliticalConstructioninHigherEducation Courses,thisstudyconstructsa"3324"currculumideologyandpoliticssystemforcivilengineringfromthedisciplinaryand professionalperspectives,aligningwiththeNationalStandardsforTeachingQualityinCivilEngineeringandEnginering EducationCerificationStandards.Thesystemfeaturesreedimensioalintegrationofnowedge,abilityndvaues;coated colaborationamongideological-policalcourses,generaleducationcourse,andspecializedcourses;reiforcementfoampus andoff-ampuseducationalplatforms;andtheestablishmentofasynergiticmechanisminvolvingfoureducationalentities (ideological-politcaltachs,profesioalfacultytealajuntisructorsndacademicounselos)isultdsioal frameworkaimstounifyallcoursestowardsharedobjectives,creatingasynergisticefecttofulfllthefundamentalmisionof fostering virtue through education.

2016年,习近平总书记就新时代思想政治教育体系建设提出重要指示,强调需以课堂教学为核心载体实现价值观引导,同年以高德毅为代表的上海高教系统“课程思政"理念的提出就是对上述要求的积极回应和探索[2-3],其中,上海大学叶志明团队立足多维协同视角,以土木工程学科为切入点,创立了“课程一思政-育人"三位一体分析框架,并首创系列课程思政示范案例[4-5]。(剩余5536字)
