Abstract：Thequalityofgraduatethesisisanimportantcriterionformeasuringthequalityofgraduateeducation，whichis influencedbyvariousfactors.Basedontheproblemsexistingingraduatetheses，thispaperfirstlysummarizesandanalyzesthe mainfactorsthatafecttheirqualityifiveaspects：graduatestudentsownconditions，mentorgudanceabilitycollegegulatory factors，nationalandschoolpolicies，andacademicatmosphere.Then，astructuralequationmodelisconstructedusingrelevant surveydatatovalidateitskeyindicators，andadetailedanalysisofthemodelresultsisconducted.Finally，basedonthe experimentalresultsandtheactualsituation，correspondingsuggestionsforimprovingthequalityofgraduatethesisareproposed.
