Abstract：Thispaperfocusesonexploringaplantointegrate STEMeducationconceptsintotheteachingreformof FundamentalsofImageElectronicscourse.Asacorecourseforthemedicalimaging technologymajor，itcoverskeyknowledge pointssuchascircuitprinciples，electroniccomponents，analogelectronictechnology，anddigitallogic.Thetraditionalteaching modelisoverlythoreticalmakingitdificultforstudentstograspabstractconepts，lackingpracticalperationexperience，and struglingtoconnectthelearnedcontentwithsubjectslikemathematicsandphysics，whichafectsthelearningoutcomes. Therefore，thisresearchproposesateachingmodelbasedonSTEMeducationconcepts，incorporating practicalelementssuchas virtualsimulationacevingossuularitegationoptiingteteachngprocss，aninghleaingexped ultimately improving teaching quality.
