Abstract：Withtheimplementationofthenationalwesternlandseanewchannelstrategy，theinlandnodecitiesinthe westernregionhaveusheredinnewdevelopmentopportunities，andthedemandforinternationallandporttalentshassharply increased.Therefore，itisnecessaryandurgenttocultivateprofessionaltalentsininternationallandports.Theconstructionof internatinallandportsinthecentralandwesterregionsrequirestheconstructionofKunmingIntemationalLandPort，which requiresagroupofnewtypesofcompositeadvancedtechnicalprofesionalswhounderstandinternational economyandtrade， internationalfinance，andintemationallogistics.Howtocultivatesuchtalentsshouldbeactivelyconsidered，explored，and practicedbycollegesanduniversitiesinthecentralandwesternregionstobetterservetheeconomicandsocialdevelomentof the region.
