融合视角下电子信息工程专业课程思政教学团队建设策略研究

Abstract:Basedontheguidingoutlineof ideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofcoursesincolegesanduniversities,the constructionofideologicalandpoliticalteachingteamofelectronicinformationengineringprofessionalcoursesisofgreat significancetopromotethedeepintegrationofideologicalandpolicaleducationandprofesionalcoursesandpromotethehighqualityconstructionofmajors.Acordingtohecharacteristicsandadvantagesoftheelectronicinformationengineringspecialty thispaperproposesstrategiesfortheconstructionpathoftheideologicalandpoiticalteachingteam.Firstly,weshould strengthentheawarenessoftesubjectofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecuiculum,andimprovethecognitivlevel ofteamteacherstocultivatemorality.Secondly,weshouldimproveteachers'abilityofideologicalandpoliticaleducationin curiculum,andbroadenthechanelsofideologicalandpoliticaleduationincuriculum.Thirdly,weshouldstimulatethe continuouspoweroftheteachingteamandpromotethein-depthdevelopmentofprofesionalconnotationconstruction.Through theimplementationoftheaboveconstructionstrategies,wehopetobuildahigh-qualityideologicalandpolicalteachingteam forprofessionaloursesandprovidesupprtforbeterrealizingheorganicintegrationofvalueguidance,ablitycultivatioand knowledge teaching.
