融合视角下电子信息工程专业课程思政教学团队建设策略研究

Abstract：Basedontheguidingoutlineof ideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofcoursesincolegesanduniversities，the constructionofideologicalandpoliticalteachingteamofelectronicinformationengineringprofessionalcoursesisofgreat significancetopromotethedeepintegrationofideologicalandpolicaleducationandprofesionalcoursesandpromotethehighqualityconstructionofmajors.Acordingtohecharacteristicsandadvantagesoftheelectronicinformationengineringspecialty thispaperproposesstrategiesfortheconstructionpathoftheideologicalandpoiticalteachingteam.Firstly，weshould strengthentheawarenessoftesubjectofideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecuiculum，andimprovethecognitivlevel ofteamteacherstocultivatemorality.Secondly，weshouldimproveteachers'abilityofideologicalandpoliticaleducationin curiculum，andbroadenthechanelsofideologicalandpoliticaleduationincuriculum.Thirdly，weshouldstimulatethe continuouspoweroftheteachingteamandpromotethein-depthdevelopmentofprofesionalconnotationconstruction.Through theimplementationoftheaboveconstructionstrategies，wehopetobuildahigh-qualityideologicalandpolicalteachingteam forprofessionaloursesandprovidesupprtforbeterrealizingheorganicintegrationofvalueguidance，ablitycultivatioand knowledge teaching.
