Abstract：Takingthereformofinovativeengineringandtechnologytalentstrainingmodeastheentrypoint，takingthe postgraduatestudentsofvehicleengineeringin WeiaiCampusofHarbin InstituteofTechnologyastheobjectofreform，we applythetheoryofCDIOtostudythetrainingmodeofinnovativeengineringandtechnologytalentstoexploretheestablishment ofpostgraduates’educationsystemofinovativeengineeringandtechnologytalents.Thepaperhighlightsthecombinationof teachingandresearch，andadherestothefocusonpracticabilityandpracticalityinteaching，soastoenablepostgraduates cultivatedinthespecialtyofvehicleengineringtoadapttotheneedsofmoderneconomicandsocialtalentsforinovative engineering and technology talents.
