Abstract：Withthecontinuousdevelopmentof marineresources，thestabilityandsafetyof dep-seastructureshavebecome increasinglyprominent.Theextremeonditionsofdp-seaenvironment，suchashighpressure，lowtemperature，corosivemedia， etc.，put forwardhigherrequirementsforstructuralmaterialsanddesign.Thecountryurgentlyneedsinnovativetalentswhocan masterthetheoryofdeep-seastructureandhavepracticaloperationablityTherefore，itisparticularlyimportanttosetup courseof Dep-seaStructure TheoryandExperimentsupportedbyhigh-levelscientificresearch.Thiscourseaimstocultivate students'theoreticalknowledgeandpracticalskils，sothattheycanunderstandandmastertheresearchdesignandtestmethods of deep-sea structures.
