[Abstract] Inorder toactively respond to the national strategies ofahealthyChinaandanaging population，further improve the construction of China's elderlycare system，and explore more paths for the healthand qualityof life of theelderly，thisarticleaimstoexploretheintegrationof sportsandmedicinetopromotethehealthandqualityoflife of the elderly under the background offree trade ports.This research first analyzes the necesityof promoting elderly health through the integration of physicaland medical care inthe context offreetrade ports.At the same time，taking the construction offree trade ports as an opportunity，combined with the actual situationand development needs of Hainan region，a path for promoting the development of elderly health industry through the integration of physical and medical care is proposed： constructing acollaborative management mechanism for physical and medical integration， deeply promotingtheintegrationof physicalandmedicalhealthindustry，strengtheningthetrainingof talentsinpysical and medicalintegration，providing personalizedexerciseprescriptions，andenhancinghealthmonitoring fortheelderly， inordertoeffectivelyimprove thelevelof physicalandmedicalintegrationand provide more high-qualityand eficient health paths for the elderly.
