青少年引体向上同期训练的策略研究

[Abstract] Simultaneous training is ascientific training method thatcan eficientlyachieve diverse training objectives, which is of great significance for thecomprehensiveand balanced development of adolescent physical ftness,especially in improving the weak link of upper limb strength.This article takes the compound action of adolescent pullups as theresearch object,and constructs a simultaneous training system covering four dimensions: strength,endurance, stability,and speed.Among them,strength training issubdivided intoconcentric contraction,eccentriccontraction, and isometric contraction;Endurance training focuses on sustained work abilityand intervalrecoveryability; Stability training focuses on core control and scapular control; Speed training includes explosive power trainingand plyometric training.Underthis framework,this articleprovides specificandactionable training methods andload arrangement suggestions for each training sub item,in order to provide scientific reference for frontline teaching and training.
