[Abstract] This study,grounded in the policy of sports-education integration and theories of physical education curiculum innovation,adopts methods suchas literature research and caseanalysis to explore the development logic and pathofpickleballincollgephysical educationcuricula.Thestudyfinds that traditionalphysicalftess-orented sports programs are dificulttomeetcolege students'demand for diversified sportsexperiences.Incontrast,pickleball features alow entry threshold,low cost,and strong social atributes, which canmeet the innovation needs ofcollege physical education curicula; Meanwhile,there are problems inthe currentdevelopment of pickleballincolleges,such as non-standardized curriculumsystems and insufficient application of digital technology.Accordingly,the study proposes recommendations such as leveraging the experience of superior events tounify rulesand facility standards and establishintercolegiate leagues;constructingadual "recreation-competition" curriculummodule with tieredteaching by grade;utilizing digital technologies like VR to enhance teaching and promotion; and deepening sports-education integration through preferential policies to attract participation and cultivate talent.
