[Abstract] The spirit of Chinese sports contains rich ideological and political education resources，and integrating it into vocational physical educationcourses is a keywayto fulfillthe fundamental task ofLide Shuren.Inresponse to thecurrent situationof insuffcient explorationof traditional sportscultureconnotation，lowintegrationof sports spirit and ideologicaland political education，outdatedandsingle teaching methods，and imperfect evaluation system inthe curriculum ideologicaland political constructionof vocational physical education.This research proposes asystematic reform iea：to create amechanism forin-depth explorationof thecultural connotationsof traditional sports projects， explore ways toupdateand integrate sports spirit with ideological and political education，innovate theteaching method systemof traditional sports projects，improve the multidimensional ideological and political evaluation system.By implementing the operationalstrategy of "dep exploration，genuine integration，flexible methods，and comprehensive evaluation"，itims toachieveanorganicintegrationofsportsskilltraningandideologicalandmoral educationand cultivate high-quality technical and skiled talents with both moral and technical abilities.
