[Abstract]Thetrainingofinnovativetalentsinsportsis thekeytohigh-levelscientificandtechnologicalself-reliance and self-improvement from the perspective of our country's new quality productivity. This article uses methods such as literaturereviewandlogicalanalysis，combined with the demandof the times for thecultivating high-level sports profesional inovative talents basedonthe strategyof healthyChinaand sports power，this paper analyzes the practical dilemma and solution path to improve thecultivation quality of sports profesional innovative talents from the perspective of newquality productivity.The study believes that there areproblems in thecultivation ofinnovative talents in sports majors inour country，suchas insuficient adaptability between traditional teaching conceptsandnew quality productivity，lackofpracticeplatformandinsuicientcultivationofinnovationablityandinsuffcientteachingstaff andinterdisciplinary integrationability.Inviewof theabove dilemma，inaccordance with therelevant national requirements，a curriculum system of "demand driven + technology empowerment" has been constructed，a practical platformof"virtualandreal lnkage，industry-education integration"hasbeencreated，andateaching teamof "techical compoundand cross-bordercolaboration"hasbeen forged，which providesauseful referenceandreference forthe cultivation of innovative talents in sports from the perspective of new quality productivity.
