[Abstract] This study focuses on discussing the practical dificulties and promotion paths for the high-quality development ofoff-campus sports training for adolescents under the background of the "Double reduction" policy. The studyholds thatthedevelopmentofoff-campus sports training for adolescents in China isconfronted with several practicalproblems，including lowentry barrers for the training industryand low standards forcoach qualification certification，a lack of innovation in training course content with severe imitation among different institutions，poor qualityand outdated supporting facilities ofoff-campus sports training venues，andan incomplete supervision mechanism foroff-campus training.Four promotion pathsare proposed from the aspects of training qualifications， course optimization， venue management，and supervision measures： it strictly implements the entry standards for the sports training industryandcontinuouslyformulatesastandardizedcoachqualfcationcertificationsystem; itconstantly creates innovative and diferentiated training courses to enhance the competitivenessof training institutions；it continuouslyactivates existing sports venuesand facilities，achieves stocksharing，andachieves incremental growth;it strengthens thesupervisionofsports training institutions tosafeguardthelegitimaterightsand interestsofconsumers.
