[Abstract] As a core platform for public sports services，urban sports parks are key areas for achieving the universal disemination of sports culture.This articleuses literature research method to analyze cultural inheritance，spiritual transmission，andgroupidentity，andreveals thatthediseminationand inheritanceof sportscultureareinfluenced by cultural expresion，diversegroup diferences，venueresources，and individual needs.Therefore，thisresearch takes thedeep exploration of regional characteristic sports culture，precise transmision of diverse group cultural values，and optimizationof sports participation modes as the entry point，aiming to provide theoretical supportand practical references for sports culture dissmination systems，promote its transformation from formal coverage to substantive inclusiveness，and assist in the inheritance of sports culture.
