[Abstract] Through the analysis of practical cases from allover thecountry，this paper reveals the multiple values of traditional sportscultureinpromotingcultural identityenhancingcommunitycohesion，and innovatinggovernance models. Italsoanalyzes thechallnges faced inthecurrent integration process，suchas insufficient interal motivation， cultural disconnection，lackofinstitutional guarantendresourceconstraints，and proposesorrespondingolutios. Research shows that traditional sports culture is combined with community governance .through models such as the embedding of cultural rituals into public services，the integration of mediation work with cultural wisdom，and the transformation of grid management through folkskils，constructing multi-dimensional paths including cultural empowerment，organizational innovation，technological integration，andresource integration，providing thoetical references and practical lessons for the innovation of grassroots governance.
